Fire Extinguisher: PUAFER008 – Confine small emergencies in a facility, equips participants with the necessary skills to respond effectively to small emergencies within a facility and to confine them to a manageable level. It covers various aspects such as identifying emergencies, assessing risks, implementing emergency response procedures, using emergency equipment, and communicating effectively during emergency situations.
Fire Warden: PUAFER005 – Operate as part of an emergency control organisation, focuses on the role of individuals within an emergency control organisation. Participants will learn how to effectively contribute as part of a team in emergency situations. Topics covered include understanding emergency response plans, implementing emergency control measures, coordinating resources, communicating with team members and external agencies, and complying with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
Chief Fire Warden: PUAFER006 – Lead an emergency control organisation, is designed for individuals who have leadership or managerial responsibilities within an emergency control organisation. It provides the necessary skills to lead and coordinate emergency response efforts. The course covers topics such as developing emergency response plans, establishing command and control structures, delegating tasks, coordinating resources and personnel, communicating effectively, and evaluating and reviewing emergency response procedures.
