This qualification is designed for management roles in the building and construction industries. It will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge of construction and management processes. It will provide you with the opportunity to commence or further your career in building administration and management.
Duration
34 weeks.1 night workshop per week self-study & assessment.

Graduates who earn an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction can pursue employment in roles such as:- Builder

Each state has different regulatory requirements. Check with your state’s licencing and regulatory authorities to find out how you can earn a builder’s licence in your state.
Entry Requirements
Students will need to have completed one of the three options below:
1. The Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) CPC40120, or
2. The Diploma of Building & Construction (Building) CPC50220, or
3. Relevant High Rise Work experience.
Students need to complete an LLN test to demonstrate a satisfactory level of language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) abilities.
Classes are delivered online via Zoom. Students must have a laptop, computer, or smartphone available, as well as internet access.
