Often employees move into front line supervision roles on the basis of having done their job well rather than because they have proven people leadership skills. For those who are new to supervision or team leadership, without the proper skills training, it can sometimes be an overwhelming task. This course will provide a ‘people toolkit’ for effective supervision or team leadership.
